For new colour clients, a consultation is required before booking your colour appointment. This gives us the chance to talk through your hair history, goals and maintenance, and make sure we plan the right service for you. It also allows me to be honest about whats achievable and what will work best for your hair.

Cutting services for new clients can be booked without a consultation.

Colour appointments are typically booked 8-10 weeks ahead, depending on the service required. I recommend booking in advance where possible, especially for colour appointments as availability can be limited.

If you can't see a suitable time, you're very welcome to join the waiting list and you will be notified as soon as an appointment becomes available.

If you cant see a date or time that works best for you, please add yourself to the waiting list. I regularly check this and i will be in touch if a suitable appointment becomes available.

As a one to one salon, appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge.

At The Hair Retreat i specialise in colour and cutting services. I don't currently offer hair extensions, chemical straightening, perms or similar treatments as my focus is on personalised colour and maintaining the health of your hair.
