cancelling & rescheduling
The easiest way is to use the manage appointment link in your confirmation or reminder email, or by loging in with your email above. This is available 24 hours a day and any changes are made instantly. As I work solo I’m not always able to answer the phone or respond to messages straight away so managing your appointment online is always the quickest option.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice you will not be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours a fee of 50% of your booked service will be charged to the card held on file. If you've paid a deposit your deposit will be lost.
I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please call or text the mobile number given to you in your reminder email or the number you received the reminder text from as soon as possible and I will always do my best to work with you. Please note however that cancellation fees may still apply.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours your deposit will be lost. If you cancel or reschedule outside of 48 hours your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
